The New Playbook For Change In Education

I’ve been in the trenches for years — from the classroom to the front lines of policy-making — fighting for our kids’ futures.

As a Black mother and educator, I’m very aware of the obstacles Black students and families encounter in today’s educational system: outdated practices and policies are contributing to low literacy rates, high suspension rates and attendance issues.

Honestly, I’ve seen the old school ways fail our bright minds and leave too many kids on the sidelines, time after time.

Matter of fact, I used to be that fringe kid, so trust me when I say…I know the feeling. When I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, it all came rushing back to me.

I was a hot mess express, y’all.

But when I started focusing on The New ABCs, everything changed. AI stepped in like a superhero sidekick and my perspective on options for learners like me shifted.

With the help of AI, I’ve been able to step out of the sidelines and into the spotlight; surpassing my goals, expanding my businesses and contributing to the success of K-12 systems AND my local community.

This is why embracing artificial intelligence is the first step to operating in a more productive, impactful way.

AI has been a true game-changer for me, empowering me to utilize technology to shape my story and propel myself from being just good to becoming great. And let me be clear:

I am not the exception. But I will be the messenger.

It’s time for an education playbook that includes AI, acknowledges the generational gaps and focuses on building genuine connection.

With this, we can make sure we’re not just the players, but we’re owning the friggin’ team! We can bridge our gaps with tech and make equity more than a buzzword.

We can make it our battle cry.

AI is not our future, it’s our now. And call me crazy, but I’d like to help you bring AI onto your team, and let it do the heavy lifting so you can flex in the areas that really, truly matter.

Let me show you exactly how to disrupt the systems that haven’t been working for your students. Your teachers. Your communities.

Whether you’re leading the charge or supporting the team, let me help you find the secret weapons that enable you to do more and impact more…without missing a beat.

Connect. Create. Lead

In my role(s), I’ve witnessed first hand the impact of the school-to-prison and poverty cycles on our community. But EVERY child has a place in public education.

Disrupting these cycles is imperative, ya feel me?

I can show your team how to do just that.

My calendar is now open for ALL of my folks in the public education community; from leaders and education professionals, to consultants and organizations.
